How can I pay in the hotel? Which payment methods do you accept at the reception desk? Print

All of our hotels accept cashless payment methods, such as the following debit and credit cards:

Mastercard
Visa
Maestro
V PAY
girocard
Carte Bancaire
Bancontact

Please be aware that while we do not accept cash payments in most locations, our hotels in France and Italy are exceptions. In these countries, we accept cash but do not accept 500 Euro bills. Additionally, the amount of cash you can pay is restricted by local laws.

In our French hotels, it is also possible to pay using Chèque-Vacances, provided that your reservation allows for onsite payment.
