The MEININGER Hotel Frankfurt/Main Airport offers a daily shuttle service from and to Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1.
From the airport to the hotel
The pick-up point is the bus stop at Terminal 1 in front of the Arrivals hall B, near exit No. 5.
The first shuttle of the day leaves the airport at around 6:20 AM with the next ones departing every 30 minutes until 11:50 AM. The service continues at around 4:20 PM until the last departure of the day at around 10:50 PM.
The service from the airport to the hotel is free of charge for our guests and depends on seat availability, so you cannot book your seat(s) in advance.
The shuttle service is operated together with other hotels, whose names are on the side of the bus and on the display at the front. You can easily find which is your shuttle because ‘MEININGER Hotel’ is written on it.
From the hotel to the airport
The first shuttle of the day leaves the hotel at around 6 AM with the next ones departing every 30 minutes until around 11:30 AM. The service continues at around 4 PM until around 10:30 PM.
The drop-off point is the bus stop at Terminal 1 in front of the Arrivals hall B, near exit No. 5.
The service from the hotel to the airport requires a reservation upon check-in at the reception and is subject to availability. Tickets are €6 per person.
Alternatives to the hotel shuttle bus
If you cannot or prefer not to use our shuttle bus, you have two more options to get from the airport to our hotel and vice versa:
- Urban rail (S-Bahn): Lines S8 and S9 run between the airport and the Frankfurt Gateway Gardens station, close to our hotel. It is only 1 stop. Please, check the RMV website (external link) to plan your trip. Trains run 24 hours a day, but intervals are longer overnight.
- Taxis are usually available in front of Terminal 1. Our team at the reception can call a taxi if you need one to pick you up from the hotel.
