No, the FIX rate must be paid in advance, directly when the booking is made.

FLEX and BREAKFAST SAVER rate: I will be arriving at the hotel after 6 PM and I forgot to prepay/provide my payment information in order to guarantee my reservation. What will happen?
If you haven’t guaranteed your reservation / haven’t checked in by 6 PM on the day of your arrival, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.
