- Log in to Manage my booking: Visit the 'Manage my booking' area on the MEININGER Hotels website here. You’ll need the last name associated with your booking and your reservation number.
- Cancel your booking: Once logged in, find the option to cancel your booking. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. If you don’t see it, check your Junk or Spam folder.
Please note that while cancellations are possible regardless of the rate booked, costs may apply depending on the type of booking and the time of cancellation. If your booking is eligible for a refund, it may take several working days to process, but rest assured, it will be handled without the need for further contact.
