            At MEININGER Hotels, we like to keep things simple and stress-free. Group bookings are paid in full before arrival, so you can kick off your stay without worrying about extra fees or deposits when you check in.


            But life happens! If there are any no-shows or last-minute changes to your booking, there might be some additional charges to settle upon arrival. No worries though, our friendly staff will be there to help you with any payments that need to be sorted out on the spot.

            Also, heads up! At check-in, we might ask for a deposit of up to 500.00 EUR. Don’t worry, you’ll get it back when you leave—just make sure nothing gets damaged. Let your Tour Leader know about this little detail!
