  • FLEX or BREAKFAST SAVER rates: You can usually cancel your reservation free of charge until 6 PM on the day of arrival. However, reservations made for high-demand dates may have different policies, so it's always best to check your booking confirmation. The specific cancellation policy is detailed on the bottom left-hand side of your booking confirmation.
  • FIX rates: These rates cannot be canceled free of charge and are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. 


Third-party bookings: If you booked through a third-party website (e.g., Booking.com, Hostelworld), the cancellation policies may vary. The cheapest offers are usually non-refundable, while flexible offers can be canceled up to a certain number of days before the arrival date. Please refer to your booking confirmation from the third-party website for the exact terms and conditions, as these can differ between sites. The exact deadline is usually stated, based on the hotel's local date and time.
