Still at the Hotel?

If you or a group member misplaces something while still at the hotel, just swing by the reception. Our friendly staff will help you track down your lost items.


Checked out but left something behind? Here’s what to do:

  1. Head to the iLost external link here and select the country where you lost the item.
  2. Browse the list of found items (usually updated a day after check-out).

Found your item? Click on "Claim item" to get it sent to your address (shipping charges apply).

Can't find it? Fill out the MEININGER Lost and Found form here, and we'll look into it.


Planning to Return?

If you’ve left the hotel but plan to come back to pick up your item, just contact the reception directly. They’ll make sure you get your stuff back.


For Guests in Switzerland

Swiss hotels don’t use iLost. If you’ve lost something at one of our Swiss locations, fill out the MEININGER Lost and Found form on our Help Center page.
