Need to change the name on your booking? No worries—it's easy to do!
Direct bookings: If you booked directly through the MEININGER Hotels website, by phone or email with one of our agents, or in person at one of our hotels, you can make changes online. Here's how:
- Log in to Manage my booking: Head here to the "Manage my booking" section on the MEININGER Hotels website. You’ll need the last name on your booking and your reservation number. If you booked as a company or organization, use the organization name as the last name. Both should be in your booking confirmation.
- Update your booking: Once logged in, you can update the guest name by clicking the right button. Don’t forget to save your changes! You’ll get an email confirming your update. If you don’t see it, check your Junk or Spam folder.
Bookings through third-party websites: If you booked through a third-party site like Booking.com or Hostelworld, you'll need to make changes on their platform. Here’s what to do:
- Log in to the third-party platform: Go to the site where you made your booking and log in. You’ll probably need your reservation number and a PIN code or other identifier.
- Update your booking: Once you're logged in, find the option to change the guest name. If you need help, contact their customer service. Their contact details are in your booking confirmation or on their website.
