            From Berlin Hauptbahnhof (main train station):

            If you are travelling by train to Berlin, we recommend checking if your train happens to call at Berlin Ostbahnhof. If not, alight at the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and take urban rail line S3, S5, S7, or S9 to Ostbahnhof.             From Berlin's central bus station ZOB, please use urban rail line S42 or S46 from the nearby urban rail station Messe Nord/ICC to Westkreuz. Take the escalator down to the platform for trains into the city and take urban rail line S3, S5, S7, or S9 to Ostbahnhof. Exit the train station via the main hall, turn left, and look out for the red MEININGER sign. You will be underway for about 45 minutes.
