Under the age of 16:

Young people under the age of 16 can stay in the hotel if accompanied by an adult. If the accompanying adult is neither a parent nor a legal guardian, you will need to show us a document confirming your parent's or legal guardian's consent.

You can access the 'Authorization for underage person to travel' form here.

16 or 17-year-old teens:

16 and 17-year-old teens can stay in a private room with their parents’ or legal guardians’ permission. Please, ensure you have submitted to the hotel the relevant documents to allow an underage person to travel. Without these documents, unfortunately, we cannot proceed to the check-in process.

You can access the 'Authorization for underage person to travel' form here. Additionally, the form needs to be accompanied by a scan or copy of the legal guardian's ID document. You may send us the documents by email, by using our contact form on our website, or present them at reception during check-in.

How to book: Teenagers aged 16 or 17 years are able to select the "adults" field on our booking engine in order to proceed with their booking.
